Fruit Knife is a Maple Island guaranteed weapon reward from Biggs's Collection of Items. It's remarkable because it's an all-class weapon at L8 - most weapons class-restrict, but the tutorial-tier Fruit Knife stays accessible for any playstyle.

Stat analysis

• +23 Attack (PAD): significant for L8. Compares favorably to Snail Shell (starter) and most L1-10 vendor weapons.
• Faster attack speed: attack speed matters more than base damage for many classes. Faster means quicker attack animations = more DPS than a Slow weapon with higher base attack.
• 7 upgrade slots: generous. Weapon Attack scrolls (10% / +3 PAD) can push Fruit Knife to +30-35 PAD with a few successful landings.
• All classes: Warriors, Bowmen, Magicians, and Thieves can all equip it. Uncommon at any weapon tier.

Who benefits most

• Thieves (natural class): Daggers ARE the Thief's L1-30 weapon of choice. Fruit Knife is a no-brainer keeper for Thief training.
• Non-Thieves: less optimal but usable as a bridge weapon. Warriors will prefer a sword or axe by L10; Bowmen will prefer a Bow. But Fruit Knife is FREE from a Maple Island quest, so it's zero-cost inventory for the transition.
