Speed Potion

Speed Potion is a 10-minute Movement Speed buff. +8 SPD is substantial - your default Speed stat sits around 100, so +8 is roughly an 8% movement boost.

Stat analysis

• +8 Speed (SPD): flat additive to your Movement Speed cap. Faster walk, faster run, faster jump-glide.
• 10-minute duration + 250 mesos: matches the stat potion pantheon standard.

Who benefits most

Every class equally. Movement is universal - no class has "movement scaling" the way they have PAD or MAD scaling. Speed Potion is the true all-class stat buff.

Combat situations where Speed shines

• Multi-mob training maps: more movement = more kills per minute = more EXP per hour.
• Boss kiting: Magicians and Bowmen often kite bosses. Higher movement speed = safer kite pattern.
• Vertical dungeons (Sleepywood, Ludibrium): more speed = faster platform traversal = less time wasted between fights.
• Return Scroll efficiency: when you teleport home, higher speed means you get to the quest NPC faster.

Where it comes from

• Quest reward: Master Sgt Fox's Easy sub-chain (12108) awards 3x Speed Potion + climax scroll random pool.
• NPC purchase: most weapon shops, 250 mesos.
• Mob drops: uncommon from L30-45 mobs.

Stack strategy

Speed Potion combines with skill-derived speed buffs (Rush from Warriors, etc.) additively. If you're setting up a party PQ run with speed-heavy platform sections, Speed Potion + skill buffs = best possible traversal.
