Liven's take

Intermediate tier upgrade scroll. When applied to any Gloves slot item, rolls a 60% success chance; on success, adds +2 Weapon Attack permanently to those gloves. On failure, the scroll is consumed and one of the gloves' upgrade slots is spent (with a small "boom" chance destroying the item outright).

Why gloves matter for Weapon Attack: gloves are one of the few slots where WATT scrolls exist AT ALL. Most equipment slots give raw defensive stats or ability-stat bonuses (STR/DEX/etc.); gloves are where you concentrate direct-damage upgrades. A single +2 WATT stack is often more damage than +2 STR.

How to acquire: the primary source is Rowen's Cursed Doll Chain tier 4 (150 Cursed Dolls) - drops one of these OR the Magic Attack variant, randomly. Also occasionally sold in the Free Market by other players who rolled the wrong stat.

Who this is for: everyone except Magicians. Warriors, Bowmen, and Thieves all derive damage from Weapon Attack; every +2 stack is real DPS. Assassins specifically get double value because Lucky Seven's formula bakes in WATT alongside LUK.
