I met Olaf at Lith Harbor. Olaf mentioned that I could get a job advancement once I reach level 10, but he wasn't sure if I truly have what it takes. To prove myself, Olaf told me to hunt monsters outside the village. I'm a bit nervous, since the monsters on Victoria Island seem really strong...
