It seems Dark Lord of Kerning City has something to tell me now that I've become a Citizen of Honor.
Dark Lord of Kerning City said there was a gift prepared for me for becoming a Citizen of Honor, but that he'd give it to me once I completed one task. Dark Lord told me that long ago, not long after he'd first become the Dark Lord, a comrade of his had been kidnapped by a rival faction seeking to seize control of the city, and he entrusted me with the task of finding some clue to his whereabouts. He said the faction most likely responsible for the kidnapping had their hideout deep in the marshland, so I might be able to turn up a clue by defeating Croco there. Only characters at Level 57 or higher can complete this quest.
I found Encrypted Document in the marshland. Still, deciphering what was written on the document doesn't look like it'll be easy.
