Shade
citizenship quest ghost boss
The short version
Lv 48, 47,000 HP, and 488 EXP in the Classic World client, met through the Henesys Citizenship quest 'An Old Grudge' in the Cabin of the Forsaken. An earlier version of this page described a 4,800 HP ghost with 999 evasion; the client data shows 35 avoidability.
How to find them
Pick up 'An Old Grudge' from Arthur in Henesys after Lv 47 (part of the Henesys Citizenship chain). The quest sends you to the Cabin of the Forsaken, a hidden map off the standard Henesys-area routing. Quest-gated, not a free-roam world boss. One kill per questline; not repeatable.
Combat stats
Undead - Holy damage bonus
Strategy notes
Shade is weak to Holy and strong against Poison: a Cleric's Holy Arrow does bonus damage, and Fire/Poison Wizards should skip their poison spells. With 620 attack and 682 magic attack at Lv 48, bring potions and a healer if you can.
