Victoria Island world boss
The short version
Lv 40, 34,440 HP, and 340 EXP in the Classic World client (traditional MapleStory had her at Lv 60 with 20,000 HP). Spawns in Someone Else's House. Community-reported drops are led by Ilbi Throwing Stars, plus Mushmom Spores, Elixirs, and crafting catalysts.
How to find them
Spawns in Someone Else's House on Victoria Island. If she's not up, check other channels. Loot goes to whoever finds her by player convention; we can't confirm any engine-level ownership rule.

Strategy notes
She's weak to Fire, so Fire/Poison Wizards deal bonus damage. With 532 attack and 585 magic attack at Lv 40, bring a party or a healthy potion budget.
