Liven's take

Intermediate tier upgrade scroll for the Shoes slot. When applied to any shoes, rolls a 60% success chance; on success, adds +2 Speed permanently to those shoes. On failure, the scroll is consumed and one of the shoes' upgrade slots is spent (with a small "boom" chance destroying the item outright).

Why Speed matters: Movement Speed affects walk speed AND jump distance. Every +2 stacks means you cross maps faster, retreat from bad situations faster, and loop training routes more efficiently. Over hundreds of hours of play, a well-scrolled shoe with +8-10 Speed pays back its scroll investment many times over in saved minutes.

How to acquire: the primary source is Ronnie's House-Building chain final step (guaranteed - one scroll per full chain completion). Also drops occasionally from mid-tier mobs and is sold on the Free Market.

Who this is for: everyone. Movement Speed has no downside for any class. Warriors close the distance to mobs faster; Bowmen kite more effectively; Thieves position for backstabs faster; Magicians reposition between casts more freely.
