Improves Strength on earrings. Success rate: 60%, STR +2

Liven's take

Intermediate tier upgrade scroll. When applied to any Earring slot item, rolls a 60% success chance; on success, adds +2 STR to that earring permanently. On failure, the scroll is consumed and one of the earring's upgrade slots is spent. On a "boom" (10% chance on failure - not at the same time as the 60% success roll), the earring is destroyed.

In v83 these scrolls were world-drop only, hoarded and traded on the Free Market for six-figure meso sums. Classic World bakes them into the Kerning Party Quest reward table (as one of four possible drops, alongside DEX, INT, and LUK variants). Running KPQ regularly at levels 21-30 is the intended acquisition path.

Who this is for: primarily Warriors (STR is your damage stat). Bandits sometimes stack a few for the STR requirement to equip higher-tier daggers. Bowmen, Magicians, and Assassins get more value from the DEX / INT / LUK variants respectively.
