Adamantium Ore is tier 4 in the Blacksmithing/ Weaponcrafting raw-ore hierarchy. Its "heavy and strong" description contrasts with Mithril's "light and solid" - Adamantium is the recipe input when you want toughness over agility.

Quest rewards: Rowen's 50-Cursed-Doll quest (10201) awards 7x Adamantium Ore alongside 5 other base ores. Best guaranteed farm.
Mob drops: uncommon from L30-40 Sleepywood mobs.
Free Market: higher demand than Mithril due to rarer drop rate. FM prices usually 80-200 mesos each.
