Improves Dexterity on earrings. Success rate: 60%, DEX +2

Liven's take

Intermediate tier upgrade scroll. When applied to any Earring, rolls a 60% success chance; on success, adds +2 DEX permanently to that earring. On failure, the scroll is consumed and one of the earring's upgrade slots is spent (with a small "boom" chance destroying the earring outright).

Classic World's Kerning Party Quest reward table gives one of these (or the STR, INT, or LUK variant, randomly) per completion. In v83 they were rare world drops; Classic World's PQ integration is the intended acquisition path.

Who this is for: Bowmen (DEX is your damage stat), Thieves (DEX gates job advancement and the Assassin claw requirement), and Warriors who need to hit the next-tier weapon's DEX requirement. Basically everyone except pure Magicians finds a use.
