I got a third request from Nella. Andre, an assistant at the
Kerning City Hair Salon, is a lifelong bachelor and is
apparently struggling with improving his cooking skills. He
wants to try his hand at making some tasty seafood soup.
I'll need to defeat 30 (aquatic mobs) and deliver
ingredients to Nella.

Unlike steps 1 and 2 (which pay in food consumables), this
step hands you a permanent equipment upgrade: Work Gloves.

Andre needs live near the Lith Harbor beaches or the
Kerning subway water sections. Exact mob depends on
Classic World's implementation - the datamine text is
slightly generic here.
Why Work Gloves matter at L10: the gloves
slot is often the last slot new players fill because vendor
gloves feel unimportant. But gloves accept Attack scrolls,
so having a base pair to scroll early sets you up for the
mid-game Gloves
